I am responsible for delivering a safe, efficient, and sustainable Air Navigation Service that meets the needs of the airport’s business partners and neighbours. This incorporates aiding the growth of the airport which can support the increasing complexity a larger airport will bring. In addition to leading, developing and coaching the ATC team to deliver consistently high cost-effective standards of safety, security, regulatory compliance, and skills competence.

We have a clear vision of the future whilst continually delivering for the demands of today.

I have a varied career background and have worked for many airports throughout the south in many different guises including controlling, operational, and managerial roles.  As well as training and working for the airspace regulator in instrument flight procedure design.
